As part of our marketing package we will create a stunning brochure complete with your images & floor plans to be distributed to potential buyers as they come to the open inspection.

At One Point Eight Real Estate we consider signboards to be our 24 hour Agent. We recommend real estate "For Sale Signs" in conjunction with internet advertising for maximum impact.
Does your house need a makeover before sale? Buyers will pay significantly more for a well presented home. That being said, a nice house with a broken letter box or fence can attract a lower price. Styling Houses Australia do it all. We have an organised team that can fix, mend, paint and repair anything. We objectively look at your home and see what the buyer wants or needs and provide you the vendor with those strategies or we can do it for you.
We recommend weekly open inspections - on weekends and weekdays if required by potential buyers.
We will then give a summary and feedback of the open inspections to the vendor every week.
