For what ever reason you decide to sell your home, we feel the process should not create additional financial stress by paying large sums of money upfront. In fact our agency covers all of the cost to take your property to market.  That includes all of the digital marketing, advertising, photography and listing cost.  You just pay a fixed percentage of 1.8% + GST when we successfully sell the property.  We also offer a No Sale, No Fee Guarantee so if your property does not sell for any reason, you don't pay a cent.
