1. How much do you actually charge?

We charge a fixed rate of only 1.8% + GST of the sale price when we sell.

2. Are there any hidden fees or charges?

No - You only pay 1.8% + GST when we sell your property - that's it!

3. When do pay for Marketing or Advertising? 

Never - We cover all cost for advertising and marketing.

4. Do you provide Marketing and Advertising for my property.

Yes - We develop a marketing strategy specifically for your property free of  charge.

This can include but not limited to: Professional Photography, Floor Plans, Virtual Tours, Videos, Sign Boards, Online Marketing & Social Advertising.

5. Do I need to pay any money upfront?

No - We don't charge any money upfront.

6. What is your $0 Guarantee?

No Sale, No Fee. If we do not sell your property, we will not charge you a single dollar.

7. Can you sell my property even if I have moved interstate?

Yes - We make the process very easy and stress free and handle everything for you.

8. Do you provide property management services?

No - But we work closely with SA Rental Solutions who can assist in managing your property.

​

9. Do I have to pay for an appraisal of my property?

No - We provide appraisals free of charge.

​

10. Do I need to pay for a conveyancer?

Yes - When it is time to move to the contract stage you will need to enlist the help of a conveyancer.

11. Do you have a Covid Safe Plan.

Yes - We have a Covid Safe Plan, QR code check-in capability and our agents have masks and hand sanitiser available.
