1. Q: How much do you charge?

A: We charge a fixed rate of only 1.8% + GST of the sale price when we sell.

2. Q: Are there any hidden fees or charges?

A: No - You only pay 1.8% + GST when we sell your property - that it!

3. Q: When do pay for Marketing or Advertising? 

A: Never - We cover all cost for advertising and marketing. 

4. Q: Do you provide Marketing and Advertising for my property.

A: Yes - We develop a marketing strategy specifically for your property free of charge.

This can include but not limited to: Professional Photography, Floor Plans, Virtual Tours,

Videos, Sign Boards, Online Marketing & Social Advertising. 

5. Q: Do I need to pay money upfront?

A: No - We don't charge any money upfront.

6. Q: What is your $0 Guarantee?

A: No Sale, No Fee. If we do not sell your property, we will not charge you a single dollar.

7. Q: Can you sell my property even if I have moved interstate?

A: Yes - We make the process very easy and stress free and handle everything for you.

8. Q: Do you provide property management services?

A: No - But we work closely with SA Rental Solutions who can assist in managing your

property.

9. Q: Do I have to pay for an appraisal of my property?

A: No - We provide appraisals free of charge.

10. Q: Do you have a Covid Safe Plan.

A: Yes - We have a Covid Safe Plan, QR code check-in capability and our agents

have masks and hand sanitiser available.
